This page lists the cookies and similar storage that Conek uses, in the web application and inside the web views of the Conek mobile apps.
The short version
Conek is A-SAFE’s business platform for its teams, partners and customers. It uses cookies only to sign you in and to remember how you left the interface. There are no advertising cookies, no third-party tracking cookies, and no cross-site profiling. We do not sell data and we do not share it with ad networks.
Because every cookie we set is either strictly necessary for the service or a preference you set yourself by using the interface, Conek does not show a consent banner. You can still clear or block cookies in your browser — sign-in will stop working if you block the necessary ones.
Strictly necessary
These keep you signed in and the application secure. Without them Conek cannot function.

Preferences
These remember a choice you made in the interface. Clearing them resets the interface to its default; nothing else breaks.

Local storage on your device
The mobile apps and the web application also use local device storage — not cookies — for the theme you selected, the environment the app points at, a cached copy of your profile, and an offline queue that holds work you did without a connection until it can be sent. This stays on the device, and is cleared when you sign out or uninstall the app.
Third-party cookies
Conek does not embed advertising or social widgets. Two third parties can set storage in the course of the service working:
- Microsoft Entra ID, the A-SAFE identity provider, sets its own cookies during single sign-on, under its own policy.
- Sentry, our error-reporting provider, does not set cookies; it sends crash reports with personally identifying payloads disabled.
Managing cookies
Every browser lets you view, delete and block cookies in its settings, and every mobile OS lets you clear an app’s data. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to Conek.

We update the date at the top of this page when this list changes.
